Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unused, unopened box, sealed, and in marketable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice) and product pictures.

In the event "manufacture" agrees to accept the return/exchange/refund, all products claim must be presented within three (3) days upon the receipt of merchandise or latest within 30 days from the invoice date, a "Return Authorization" form will be provided by Company and must accompany the product. All returns shall have freight and related costs prepaid by a customer from the point of origin. Returned product must be new, unopened box and in marketable condition. Additionally, there will be a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee on all returned products.

All freight charges, all moldings, special and custom orders,  clearance items, and discontinued items are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All freight charges, all moldings, special and custom orders, discontinued items, clearance/sale items, and gift cards are 100% non-refundable.


Exchanges
All exchanges will be following the manufacture's policy and will be subject to the restocking fee stated on the return policy.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
